Аннотация

В этом исследовании проводится систематический обзор литературы для оценки использования лапароскопического подхода в лечении таких случаев, а также для оцен-ки его безопасности и осуществимости. Проведенный систематический поиск литературы сообщающих о лапароскопическом лечении ущемленных паховых грыж показал, что, острые паховые грыжи являются распространенным проявлением ургентной хирургической помощи, которую обычно лечат открытым хирургическим путем. В последние годы лапароскопиче-ский подход был описан несколькими авторами, но вызвал споры среди хирургов. Мы описыва-ем лапароскопический доступ к ущемленным/ущемленным паховым грыжам на основе обзора литературы в отношении его применимости при лапароскопическом лечении ущемлённой грыжи. Резюмируя, можно прийти к заключению, что лапароскопическое лечение ущемленных паховых грыж, является выполнимой процедурой с приемлемыми результатами; тем не ме-нее, его эффективность требует дальнейшего изучения, в идеале с помощью более крупных многоцентровых рандомизированных контролируемых исследований.
