ОВЁС В ЛЕЧЕНИИ ОЖИРЕНИЯ И МЕТАБОЛИЧЕСКОГО СИНДРОМА (97-112)

Аннотация
Проведённые многочисленные эпидемиологические исследования показали, что МС в целом встречается приблизительно у 25% населения Земли, и имеет тенденцию к увели-чению и омоложению, является одной из основных проблем современной медицины и пятой по значимости причиной смерти в мире. Среди известных этиологических факторов МС основ-ные место занимают распространённые явления современности – такие как нерациональное питание, популярность пищи «быстрого питания» - фастфуда, приём генетически модифи-цированных продуктов, пищи, с повышенным количеством углеводов и животных жиров и как следствие этого нарушение микробиома кишечника. В статье представлен обзор научных данных, опубликованных в источниках MEDLINE, PubMed, E-library, scholar.google.ru. за пери-од с 2016 года по 2023 года. Производился поиск, по ключевым словам, «овёс», «метаболиче-ский синдром», «Avena sativa L.», «β- глюкан», «пробиотики и ожирение». Выбраны статьи - мета анализы, систематические обзоры, рандомизированные, плацебо контролируемые кли-нические исследования. Исключены из поиска статьи с недостаточной доказательной базой. Всего представлено 103 статей. Овёс имеет интересный профиль питания, который включает высококачественный бе-лок, ненасыщенные жиры, растворимое волокно, полифенольные соединения и питательные микроэлементы. Проведённые рандомизированные, контролируемые исследования на разных частях света, систематические обзоры и мета анализы показали, что приём овса, благодаря богатому химическому составу, наличию пробиотика - β- глюкана оказывает гипогликемиче-ское, гиполипидемическое, антиоксидантное, гипотензивное, противовоспалительное воздей-ствие. Эти свойства, в свою очередь нормализуют микробиом кишечника. Эти свойства зёрен овса полезны не только для профилактики, но и терапии компонентов метаболического син-дрома- ожирения, дисслипидемии, сахарного диабета, инсулинрезистентности, и метаболи-ческого синдрома в целом. Продукты переработки овса нужно шире внедрять в пищевой ра-цион как здоровых, в целях профилактики, так и больных метаболическим синдромом, для ле-чения и предупреждения осложнений.
