РАССТРОЙСТВА СНА У ДЕТЕЙ: СОВРЕМЕННЫЙ ВЗГЛЯД НА ПРОБЛЕМУ (75-89)

Аннотация

Статья посвящена важной проблеме в области педиатрии и неврологии - ком-плексной диагностике нарушений сна у детей. В ней подробно рассматриваются клинические проявления расстройств сна в детском возрасте, включая инсомнию и парасомнию, с акцен-том на синдром обструктивного апноэ сна как фактор риска для соматических и психопато-логических заболеваний. Актуализированы современные подходы к инструментальной диагно-стике, включая полисомнографию, а также обобщены наиболее важные последние научные разработки в области клинической, детской медицины сна. Подчеркивается необходимость применения своевременной международной классификации для постановки диагностики, с учетом нейрофизиологических механизмов их возникновения, а также разнообразия клиниче-ских проявлений, что, в свою очередь, способствует повышению эффективности лечения и улучшению качества жизни детей.
