Annotatsiya

Maqolada eng dolzarb LOR organlari, ya'ni o'tkir rinosinusitlar yallig'lanish kasalliklarini davolashda o'simlik dori vositalaridan foydalanish muammosi yoritilgan. LOR kasalliklarining o'simlik dori-darmonlari bilan davolash shifokorlar va bemorlarni har doim o'ziga jalb qilib kelgan. Biroq, dalillarga asoslangan tibbiyot nuqtai nazaridan, ko'pchilik fitopreparatlarga - ishonchlilik, yaxshi nazorat qilinadigan tadqiqotlarning kamligi tufayli ko'plab savollar paydo bo’ladi. Ushbu maqolada o'tkir rinosinusitni davolashda o'simlik dori-darmonlari bo'yicha dalillarga asoslangan tadqiqotlar ma'lumotlari keltirilgan.Fitopreparatlarning sekretolitik, sekretomotor, yallig'lanishga qarshi, o'rtacha antibakterial va antivirus ta'siri mavjud.Fitopreparatlarning umumiy farmakologik xususiyat o'simliklarning bir qismi ekssudatsiya fazasini blokirovka qilish va qon tomir devori o'tkazuvchanlikni kamaytirish qobiliyatidir . Fitoterapiya o'tkir rinosinusit bilan og'rigan be-morlarni davolashning yaxshi alternativ usuli hisoblanadi. Rinosinusitni kompleks davolash bo'yicha ma'lumotlar keltirilgan. Shunga qaramay,o'tkir rinosinusit bilan og'rigan bemorlarni davolash uchun o'simlik dorilarining xavfsizlik va samaradorligi noaniqligicha qolmoqda. Biroq, o'simlik do-rilarining samaradorligi haqida ko'proq ma'lumot olish uchun ko’plab tadqiqotlar o’tkazish talab etiladi.
