Annotatsiya

Ушбу тадқиқот қисилган чоп чурралари давосида лапароскопик ёндашувдан фойдаланишни баҳолаш, шунингдек, унинг хавфсизлиги ва мақсадга мувофиқлигини баҳолаш учун адабиётларни тизимли таҳлилига асосланган. Қисилган чоп чурраларни лапароскопик даволаш бўйича адабиётларни тизимли излаш шуни кўрсатдики, қисилган чоп чурраларида шошилинч жарроҳлик ёрдамининг кенг тарқалган кўриниши бўлиб, одатда очиқ жарроҳлик йўли билан даволанади. Сўнгги йилларда лапароскопик усул бир нечта муаллифлар томонидан ёритилган, аммо жарроҳлар орасида баҳс-мунозараларга сабаб бўлган. Биз асоратланган / қисилган чов чурраларга лапароскопик ёндашувни унинг қисилган чурраларни лапароскопик даволашда қўлланилишига оид адабиётларни кўриб чиқиш асосида ёритамиз.
