Annotatsiya

Мақола педиатрия ва неврология соҳасидаги муҳим муаммога - болаларда уйқу бузилишининг комплекс диагностикасига бағишланган. У соматик ва психопатологик касал-ликлар учун хавф омили сифатида обструктив уйқу апне синдромига урғу бериб, болалик давридаги уйқу бузилишининг клиник кўринишларини, жумладан уйқусизлик ва парасомнияни батафсил ўрганади. Инструментал диагностикага замонавий ёндашувлар, шу жумладан по-лисомнография янгиланади ва клиник ва педиатрик уйқу тиббиёти соҳасидаги энг муҳим илмий ишланмалар умумлаштирилади. Уларнинг пайдо бўлишининг нейрофизиологик механизмлари-ни, шунингдек, клиник кўринишларнинг хилма-хиллигини ҳисобга олган ҳолда ташхис қўйиш учун ўз вақтида халқаро таснифлашдан фойдаланиш зарурати таъкидланади, бу эса, ўз навбатида, даволаш самарадорлигини ошириш ва ҳаёт сифатини яхшилашга ёрдам беради.
