Annotatsiya

Шизофрения прогнози учун ремиссияларнинг янги клиник типологиясини ишлаб чиқишга бағишланган. Андижон вилоят психоневрологик диспансерида даволанган 188 нафар касалликнинг давомийлиги 15 йилдан ортиқ бўлган такрорий шизофрения (РШ) билан касалланган беморларнинг клиник-эпидемиологик ва клиник-психопатологик текширув ўтказилди. Тадқиқотлар натижасида ижтимоий ва меҳнатга мослашишнинг I (яхши сифатли) даражаси билан боғлиқ бўлган ўртача шахсият ўзгаришлари билан узилишлар ва ремиссиялар кузатилиши аниқланди. Шу билан бирга, қолдиқ белгилари бўлган психопатик, тимопатик ремиссия ва ремиссия турлари, аксинча, SLA даражаси II (нисбатан ноқулай) бўлган беморларда кўпроқ кузатилган.
