Abstract

Chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS) significantly affects the quality of life in school-aged children, leading to recurrent infections and ongoing respiratory discomfort. Understanding the pathogenesis and clinical presentation of CRS in children is essential for effective diagnosis and management. This article explores the pathophysiological mechanisms and unique clinical characteristics of CRS in school-aged children, outlining diagnostic considerations and potential treatment approaches.
