Activity of department

The Department of International Cooperation carries out work to implement the tasks set out in the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated April 20, 2017 No. 2909 “On measures for the further development of the higher education system”, carries out certain work to improve the qualifications of teaching staff, to study and implement experience training from leading foreign universities.

Ensures the execution of documents adopted by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Functions of department

Study and approval of documents of a university representative sent on foreign trips, in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 81 dated April 13, 2005 “On trips from higher educational institutions”;

University monitoring and provision of quarterly reports to the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

Organization of seminars, meetings for teachers, staff and students of the university based on project analysis;

Study, analyze and make recommendations on agreements, contracts and memoranda that the University establishes with foreign partners;

Coordination of documents with relevant organizations, if necessary;

Conducting seminars and educational conferences on priority areas of education in cooperation with embassies and international educational institutions and foundations operating in Uzbekistan;

Preparation of monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual reports on foreign currency receipts from the training of foreign citizens in accordance with the requests of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education;

Recommendation of teachers, students, undergraduates and research trainees of the university for internships, advanced training courses, training courses announced by foreign partners, for master’s and doctoral studies;

Dissemination of information about international grants announced and helping in the development of university departments, as well as direct participation in the implementation of the project;

Collection and delivery of information about international events, conferences, forums. Providing information about university conferences, assisting in disseminating this information and updating the university website.
