Abstract

In modern oncology, to date, the problem of choosing therapeutic tactics in patients with acute respiratory viral infection with regional metastases remains unresolved to the end. There is no consensus on the sequence of the radiation and surgical components of the combined method, on the indications and conduct of postoperative radiation, there is no data on the effective-ness of the combined and complex treatment method in patients with head and neck tumors with pri-mary and delayed metastases. In the studies conducted in this direction, we have not found a correct method of treating common metastatic regional lymph nodes, studies aimed at studying the influence of the main characteristics of regional metastases and the primary focus on the results of treatment are relevant.

Key words
