This year, Abu Ali ibn Sino Bukhara State Medical Institute celebrated the graduation of 226 clinical residents, 23 master’s students, and 1,289 bachelor’s degree students.

A formal diploma awarding ceremony took place recently at the Fountain Square located in the courtyard of the Youth Center in Bukhara. The event was attended by Deputy Governor of Bukhara Region Hafiza Ortiqova, the institute’s rector Professor Shuhrat Teshayev, Head of the Higher Education, Science, and Innovation Department Azamat Naimov, as well as representatives from various fields.

Speakers warmly congratulated the graduates, wishing them to contribute their knowledge and potential to the advancement of the healthcare system.

Additionally, the institute’s student team that won first place in the republican round of the “Ma’rifat Maydoni” contest was awarded a 40 million UZS voucher and a 10-day trip certificate to Turkey.
