Today, at the Abu Ali ibn Sina Bukhara State Medical Institute, in cooperation with the Bukhara Regional Health Department and the Bukhara branch of the Civil Service Development Agency under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, an open dialogue was held dedicated to the employment of this year’s graduates.

The event was attended by representatives of state and non-state medical institutions of the region, employers, young specialist graduates, as well as the institute’s professors and teachers. The discussion mainly focused on providing graduates with permanent employment according to their specialty, creating conditions for their professional growth, and improving human resource potential.

During the dialogue, graduates were offered available vacancies in various medical institutions across the region. As a result, 91 young specialists who graduated from the institute were provided with permanent jobs in line with their field of study. This created a solid foundation for them to start their professional careers in healthcare as qualified personnel.

At the event, Bahodir Sherov — Head of the HR Department of the Regional Health Administration, Shuhrat Teshayev — Rector of the Institute, and Zafar Jumayev — Head of the Bukhara branch of the Civil Service Development Agency, delivered speeches to the graduates.

The speakers gave detailed information about the opportunities currently being created for young specialists, the system of staff placement, and support for their work activities. They also explained in detail how to apply online for vacancies through the vakansiya.argos.uz platform.

At the end of the meeting, graduates addressed their questions to the responsible officials and received individual advice regarding employment.
