Applicants wishing to participate must submit the following documents by October 17, 2025:

• Recommendation letter from the head of the higher education institution
• Candidate’s application form
• Certificate from the place of study (or work)
• Copies of documents confirming victory in regional (or other) stages of the competition (diplomas, reports)
