Today, as part of the “Kazakhstan Medicine Days,” a meeting and a series of master classes were held at the Bukhara State Medical Institute clinic with the participation of 15 leading medical experts from the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The guests were welcomed by the institute’s vice-rectors, Laziz Niyazov and Shermuhammad Tursunov.

Representatives of the Corporate Fund “University Medical Center” and the Shymkent Heart Center also took part in the event. The session was led by Gulmira Muratovna Seitzhanova, Deputy Chair for Quality Control of Medical Services and Strategic Development.

The guests got acquainted with the clinic’s activities and delivered several scientific and practical lectures, including:

• “The CHF Program and Experience of Surgical Treatment in Kazakhstan” — Gulmira Seitzhanova;
• “Modern CHF Treatment Using Antiarrhythmic Devices” — Aynash Balabekova;
• “Experience in Performing Open Surgeries for IBS and PPS Diseases” — Daniyar Buleshov;
• Seminar: “The Nurse as a Leader and Manager in the Healthcare System” — Janar Satibaldieva.

During the event, professors and doctors exchanged experiences and discussed future areas of cooperation.

The meeting was productive both scientifically and practically, strengthening collaboration between doctors of the two countries.
