Specialists from the Japanese consulting company Yakuzemi Information Education Center — Ishii Kiyoshi, Furukawa Masakazu, Gogami Masayuki, along with Barno Islamova — paid a visit to Abu Ali ibn Sino Bukhara State Medical Institute.

During the visit, extensive discussions were held on the development of the rehabilitation field, as well as the advantages of modern medical equipment delivered in cooperation with JICA and their effective use in education and clinical practice.

The guests were welcomed by the Rector of the Institute, Shuhrat Teshayev, and Vice-Rector for International Cooperation, Laziz Niyazov. The meeting focused on expanding future bilateral cooperation, launching joint projects, and exchanging professional experience.

As part of the visit, the delegation toured the institute’s museum, clinic, simulation center, and smart greenhouse. The modern infrastructure, advanced simulation-based education, and strong integration of theory and practice attracted great interest among the guests.

The Japanese delegation highly appreciated the educational and practical systems established at the institute and expressed strong interest in further strengthening cooperation with Bukhara State Medical Institute.
