INFORMATION LETTER
INNOVATIVE APPROACHES AND MULTIDISCIPLINARY INTEGRATION IN OBSTETRICS AND GYNECOLOGY
The Administration of the Bukhara State Medical Institute named after Abu Ali ibn Sina invites you to take part in the International Scientific and Practical Conference“Innovative Approaches and Multidisciplinary Integration in Obstetrics and Gynecology”, which will be held on February 21–22, 2026.
Forms of participation:

- Publication of articles and oral presentation (online and offline formats)
- Poster presentation
Conference languages: Uzbek, Russian, English.
The conference will be held in the format of plenary and sectional meetings in the following areas:
- Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Internal Medicine
- Surgery
- Family Medicine
- Public Health
Scientific sections:
- Extreme conditions in obstetrics
- Gynecological diseases – new technologies in diagnosis and treatment
- New perspectives in reproductive medicine
- Perinatology – challenges and prospects
Terms and procedure for participation:
- The conference program will be formed and published based on the submitted participant applications.
- It is planned to publish articles in a special issue of the journal “Tibbiyotda yangi kun” – “New Day in Medicine” (NDM), which is included in the list of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan (VAK).
- Within the framework of the conference, a competition for young scientists “Best Poster Presentation” will be held. Each presenter will have 3–5 minutes for a brief oral presentation of their work, followed by 2 minutes for questions and answers.
Presenters are required to prepare only an electronic poster.
Technical requirements for preparing an electronic poster
The electronic poster must be submitted as a PDF file in landscape orientation.
Language: Uzbek, Russian, or English
File format: PDF or PowerPoint (PP) – 1 page
Orientation: Option 1: Create a PowerPoint document in landscape orientation (16×9) and save it as a PDF file. Option 2: Create the poster in a standard document editing program or PowerPoint in landscape orientation and save it in PDF format. Font type: Times New Roman Font size: 11 points or larger
Hyperlinks, animated images, animations, and videos are not allowed and may not function correctly. QR codes may be included, but they must not lead to advertising materials. Images and tables: Resolution: at least 200 dpi to ensure good image quality. When inserting images, photographs, tables, etc., use simple copy-paste and do not embed documents or audio/video files. Avoid overlapping objects and layers — only the final visible state will be displayed. When saving the PDF file, do not use symbols or special characters in the file name (e.g., + / @ / ü). Please do not use headers or footers. File size: less than 5 MB.

Participants will receive certificates for 12 hours.
How to participate in the conference:

The file name should be given according to the surname and initials of the first author and the article number if submitting multiple works (e.g., Kadirova M.B.1 or Lunin V.S.1).
Applications for oral presentations (online or offline) must be submitted by January 15, 2026.
Articles must be submitted by January 5, 2026.
Each author may submit no more than 3 scientific works.
Works submitted after the deadline or not formatted according to the requirements will not be considered.
Requirements for preparing materials:
The structure of the article should include: Title, Authors’ full names, Affiliation, Relevance / Introduction, Objective, Materials and Methods, Results and Discussion, Conclusion / Findings Volume: 5–8 pages of printed text, Page format: A4, portrait orientation, File format: Microsoft Word, Font: Times New Roman, 14 pt, Line spacing: single, Margins: 2 cm on all sides

Paragraph 1: Title of the article in UPPERCASE, bold.
Paragraph 2: Authors’ full names (first author and co-authors), italic.
Paragraph 3: Name of the institution, country.
Paragraph 4: Blank line
Paragraph 5: Abstract in English and Russian, and for authors from Uzbekistan, also in Uzbek (12 pt, italic, maximum 120 words).
Paragraph 6: Keywords (12 pt, italic), following each abstract.
Paragraph 7 and subsequent paragraphs: Article text starting from the Introduction / Relevance, without word breaks, with one space between words.
Penultimate paragraph: References (no more than 14 sources).
Last paragraph: Information about the authors.
References: Arranged alphabetically, first domestic authors, then foreign authors in the original transcription. All authors must be listed in each source. Text should be justified, with the same margins as the main text.
All articles will be peer-reviewed. The Organizing Committee reserves the right not to publish works that do not meet the requirements or are submitted after January 5, 2026.
