Abstract
Glomerulonephritis (GN) in children is one of the most common immune—inflammatory kid ney diseases characterized by damage to the glomerular apparatus. The article discusses modern concepts of the pathogenesis, classification, clinical forms, methods of diagnosis and treatment of GN in children. Spe cial attention is paid to endothelial impairment in glomerulonephritis as the most common pathogenetic mechanism in pediatric practice.
Key words
