An international scientific and practical conference titled “International Cooperation in Infectious Diseases: Scientific Achievements, Clinical Practice, and Innovations in Prevention” is being held at Bukhara State Medical Institute named after Abu Ali Ibn Sino in collaboration with the Eurasian Society of Infectious Diseases.

At the opening ceremony, the Head of the Bukhara Regional Health Department, Khushnud Jalilov, and the Rector of the institute, Shuhrat Teshayev, delivered welcoming speeches, warmly greeting the participants and emphasizing the significance of the conference.

Within the framework of the conference, Rector Sh. Teshayev solemnly awarded honorary professor diplomas of the institute to distinguished international guests — Vladimir Petrovich Chulanov, Gulmira Alkenovna Utepbergenova, and Guljan Narkenovna Abuova.

The conference continues in sectional sessions, with the participation of international and local scientists, specialists, and practicing physicians, who are presenting reports on current issues in the field and engaging in comprehensive discussions.
