An open dialogue and meeting were organized at Abu Ali ibn Sino Bukhara State Medical Institute with international students.

The event was attended by the institute’s administration, representatives of the International Department and International Dean’s Office, as well as students and their parents from countries such as Egypt, Algeria, Tunisia, and Morocco.

Currently, over 2,400 international students from 30 countries are studying at the institute, with more than 300 students coming from Arab countries. This reflects the institute’s international prestige and the supportive learning environment created for foreign students.

During the meeting, students received detailed information about the educational and living conditions at the institute, internal regulations, students’ rights and responsibilities, as well as postgraduate study opportunities, including master’s programs and clinical residency (ordinatura) programs.

Students and their parents had the opportunity to ask questions and engage in direct discussions with the institute’s administration.

At the conclusion of the event, students who stood out for their academic activity, exemplary behavior, and participation in community work, along with their parents, were awarded letters of appreciation by the institute’s administration. Additionally, active students received one-time scholarships from the director of the International Education Platform company.

This meeting strengthened communication with international students, allowed the administration to understand their opinions and suggestions, and contributed to further improving the institute’s international educational environment.
