​According to the 2026 “Subject Rankings” published by the prestigious Round University Ranking (RUR), the Abu Ali Ibn Sino Bukhara State Medical Institute ranked 1083rd among global higher education institutions and 775th in medicine, securing a place in the “World League” category.
​The highest performance was recorded in the area of International Diversity across several disciplines, where the institute ranked among the TOP-500 universities worldwide.
​For reference, since 2010, RUR has evaluated leading global universities based on 20 indicators across four core areas: Teaching, Research, International Diversity, and Financial Sustainability.
​RUR Subject Rankings is a domain-specific evaluation by the Round University Ranking agency, where higher education institutions are assessed individually across six major broad fields: Humanities, Life Sciences, Medical Sciences, Natural Sciences, Technical Sciences, and Social Sciences.
​Within each field, universities are evaluated based on criteria such as teaching quality, research, international diversity, and financial sustainability. Thus, this ranking demonstrates an institution’s global standing specifically within its specialized profile.
