Feruza Toirova, representing the Bukhara State Medical Institute, secured a honorable first place in the regional stage of the national contest “Promoter of National Values.”
​The contest was organized pursuant to Order No. 157 of the Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovations dated April 22, 2026, and in accordance with the competition regulations. Its primary objective is to broadly promote national values, nurture youth in the spirit of patriotism, and enhance the effectiveness of spiritual and educational work in higher education institutions.

​During the competition, participants delivered presentations on their accomplishments and initiatives regarding the promotion of national values, followed by rapid-fire questions on assigned topics. The performances were evaluated by a panel of judges against established criteria.
​First-place winner Feruza Toirova serves as Head of the Department for Youth Affairs, Spirituality, and Enlightenment at the Abu Ali Ibn Sino Bukhara State Medical Institute. This achievement stands as recognition of her dedicated efforts to promote national values, elevate the spiritual outlook of young people, and effectively organize spiritual and educational activities at the institute.
​Feruza Toirova will now represent our region at the national stage of the contest.
