The team of Bukhara State Medical Institute named after Abu Ali Ibn Sino successfully participated in the 2nd regional stage of the National Student Tournament in Kurash (“Kurash”) wrestling among higher education institutions of Bukhara region.

​Following the competitions, the institute’s students secured the following podium finishes:

​Men’s Category:

— 3rd Place: Shokhjakhon Shodiyev (66 kg weight class, group 334).

​Women’s Category:

— 2nd Place: Asal Sharipova (78 kg weight class);
— 3rd Place: Intizor Nurqilicheva (63 kg weight class).
