The recruitment process for tutors at Bukhara State Medical Institute named after Abu Ali Ibn Sino is conducted in accordance with the “Regulation on the Procedure for Organizing Tutor Activities in Higher Education Organizations” (“Oliy ta’lim tashkilotlarida tyutorlik faoliyatini tashkil etish tartibi to‘g‘risida nizom”), approved by Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 656 dated October 17, 2025.

​Pursuant to Clause 17 of this Regulation, candidates for tutor positions must meet the following qualification requirements:

• Hold a higher education degree (at least a Bachelor’s degree); preference is given to individuals with academic degrees and titles;
• Not be deprived of the right to engage in teaching activities under applicable legislation;
• Possess in-depth knowledge of methodologies and practices for organizing spiritual, educational, and developmental activities, along with pedagogical and psychological expertise;
• Demonstrate high moral and ethical standards, cultural awareness, responsibility, strong communication skills, patriotism, and initiative;
• Possess independent decision-making skills.

​Note: Currently, there are no vacant tutor positions at the Bukhara State Medical Institute named after Abu Ali Ibn Sino. Should vacancies arise, relevant announcements will be published on the institute’s official website.
