On October 30, 2026, the 3rd meeting of the Academic Council of the Bukhara State Medical Institute named after Abu Ali ibn Sina for the 2026/2027 academic year was held. The meeting was chaired by the Rector of the Institute, Professor Shukhrat Teshayev.
​At the beginning of the event, professors and teachers approved by the decisions of the Higher Attestation Commission were solemnly awarded diplomas of scientific titles and academic degrees.

​Following the awards, key issues on the agenda were thoroughly discussed, including preparations for the new academic year, improving the quality of education, ensuring cybersecurity, enhancing the effectiveness of spiritual and educational work, and developing international cooperation.
​Reports from responsible officials were presented on the matters discussed, and appropriate proposals and instructions were outlined to ensure the execution of designated tasks.
