II. The aim of the study was to determine the peculiarities of the relationship between structural changes in reparative regeneration of bone tissue in the hypothalamic and hypercalcemic conditions of the thyroid gland, the prethyroid glands and the diaphysis of the tubular bones.
III. Scientific novelty of the research:
Revealed ultrastructural features of structural changes in parafollicular cells of the thyroid gland in conditions of hypo- and hypercalcemia;
The ultrastructural features of structural changes in the cells of the head of the thyroid gland in conditions of hypo- and hypercalcemia were revealed and evaluated;
In conditions of hypo- and hypercalcemia, the presence of ultrastructural features observed during structural changes during reparative regeneration of the bone tissue of the diaphysis of the great femur after the creation of an artificial defect;
The morphological changes in reparative regeneration of bone tissue in the diaphysis of the great femur after the creation of the thyroid gland, the prethyroid gland and an artificial defect under conditions of hypo- and hypercalcemia were compared and studied.
IV.Implementation of research results. Based on a morphological study of the mechanisms of influence of local and systemic factors on reparative bone tissue regeneration:
Methodical recommendations “Optimization of reparative regeneration of bone tissue in hyper- and hypocalcemia” have been published (Conclusion of the Ministry of Health No. 8n-p / 589 of December 17, 2020). This methodological recommendation made it possible to analyze the post-traumatic state of reparative bone tissue regeneration by the amount of calcium in the blood;
The results of scientific research on the study and assessment of the mechanisms for optimizing the reparative regeneration of defects in the bone tissue of the diaphysis of tubular bones have found application in clinical practice, in particular, in the Tashkent regional department of the OKPT of the Chirchik city medical association. Tashkent region 8n-z / 190 Conclusion). The application of the obtained scientific results in clinical practice made it possible to completely restore limb injuries, eliminate complications and improve the quality of life.
