Abstract
Kidney damage during chemotherapy is one of the most urgent problems of oncology in oncological diseases. Often, with cancer chemotherapy, the main source determining the prognosis of the patient's condition is the presence of kidney damage. The spectrum of kidney pathologies associated with tumors is very wide. That is why we have dedicated our research to tumor diseases of poor quality. The carcinogenic substance that we use in experiments is the oncogenic polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon 7,12 dimethylbeisanthracene (DMBA. In recent decades, the development of chemotherapeutic regimens for cancer treatment has required the development of modern chemical drugs, as well as methods to reduce the number and impact on tumor cells. It has become common to note a number of shortcomings, such as the problem of toxicity in tumor treatment. In our experiment, we studied the effect of the chemical agent paclitaxel.
