Abstract

The study was conducted in the ENT department and polyclinic of the Bukhara Re-gional Children's Multidisciplinary Medical Center, as well as in the BUKHARA LOR MED CENTER clinic. Various methods were used in the course of the research, including clinical laboratory and en-doscopic examinations, physiotherapy procedures. The study involved 154 sick children aged 3 to 18 years with a diagnosis of chronic adenoiditis. Among them, boys accounted for 67.5% and girls for 32.5%. Participation in the study was divided into two groups: standard conservative treatment was recommended for children in group I, and propolis tinctures with natural components were recom-mended for children in group II, propolis tincture and photodynamic therapy were recommended for patients in group III. Patients in all groups were examined and comparatively analyzed before and after treatment with nasopharyngeal microbiology in children. The results of the analysis showed that patients of each group have differences in the composi-tion of microorganisms, and the local use of propolis infusion in the treatment of chronic adenoiditis in children has an effective effect on the nasopharyngeal microbiota.
