Abstract
Chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS) in schoolchildren is a common inflammatory disease that affects the quality of life and academic performance of children. The article discusses the features of the prevention of CRS in childhood, including the role of the immune system, the influence of the environment and preventive measures adapted for school-age children.
