“Resources for preferential educational loans for universities will be doubled next year”

“Next year, 1.7 trillion soums will be allocated for preferential education loans for universities, which will be doubled.

This year, 1.5 trillion soums were allocated to science and innovation. This means almost 6 times more than in 2017.

The salary of scientists has also been increased by 4.5 times.

Due to this, 18 new scientific directions, such as nano- and bio-technologies, digital geology, were established.

Next year, 1.8 trillion soums will be allocated for science and innovation.
