International Day of Women and Girls in Science: Forum at Bukhara State University 🏛 As is known, on December 22, 2015, the United Nations General Assembly declared February 11 as the International Day of Women and Girls in Science.

In connection with this, on February 11 of this year, a forum titled “Women and Society: Problems and Solutions” was held at Bukhara State University. The event was attended by Tanzila Narbayeva, Chairperson of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

🏛 During the forum, Z.S. Bakhranova, First Vice-Rector for Youth Affairs, Spiritual and Educational Work of Bukhara State Medical Institute, was presented with a Certificate of Appreciation by the Bukhara Regional Administration for her large-scale efforts within the framework of the “Educated Woman – A Mirror of Society” week, dedicated to the International Day of Women and Girls in Science.
