Today, Her Excellency Ms. Smita Pant, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of India to the Republic of Uzbekistan, visited the Abu Ali ibn Sina Bukhara State Medical Institute.

During the meeting, issues were discussed regarding strengthening ties between the two countries, staff exchange, academic mobility, cooperation in scientific research, as well as the establishment of joint scientific laboratories.

Ms. Smita Pant also met with Indian students studying at the institute, listened to their concerns, and noted that the conditions created for students at the institute meet international standards.
