An event dedicated to the memory of a devoted doctor, skilled surgeon, mentor, and humanitarian — Abdujabbor Akhmedov — was held at Bukhara State Medical Institute.

The event highlighted the meaningful life and scientific achievements of the teacher, his invaluable contribution to the development of medicine, and the devotion of his students.

🎓 As part of the event, a new book dedicated to Abdujabbor Akhmedov’s life was presented. The rector of the institute, Professor Shuhrat Teshayev, editor-in-chief of “Ezgulik” newspaper Obid Qoldosh, as well as his students and colleagues shared their memories and honored his human qualities.

🌸 During the event, an Indian student, Khan Hurriya, recited a poem titled “Mentor.” In addition, the efforts of Akhmedov’s children and grandchildren for their contributions to the country’s development were recognized.

The meeting, dedicated to the memory of the teacher, was held in a warm atmosphere that celebrated humanity, diligence, and the noble traditions of mentorship.
