As part of the XIII International Scientific-Practical Conference titled “Abu Ali Ibn Sina: Great Heritage and Civilization”, the Vice-Rector of Osh State University of Kyrgyzstan, Elzar Esharov, who arrived in our country, was received by the Rector of Bukhara State Medical Institute, Shuhrat Teshayev.

During the meeting, the esteemed guest was greeted with traditional Uzbek hospitality, attention, and respect. The discussion focused on bilateral relations between the two higher education institutions, ongoing joint projects, and future areas of cooperation.

The parties outlined several promising plans such as academic exchange, professional development of faculty members, launching joint grants for young scholars and researchers, and strengthening integration with research institutes.

In addition, issues related to organizing joint seminars, masterclasses, and scientific projects in the fields of medical education and innovation, as well as publishing articles in prestigious journals through mutual cooperation, were also highlighted.

At the conclusion of the meeting, Rector Shuhrat Teshayev emphasized that the friendly relations and mutually beneficial cooperation between the higher education institutions of the two countries will continue consistently in the future.
