✅ The international forum of students and young researchers on “Morphology and Surgery” has started at the Bukhara State Medical Institute named after Abu Ali ibn Sino.

Within the framework of this forum, an olympiad covering various fields of medicine is being organized. The olympiad is conducted in the following stages and disciplines:

🔹 Theory in Obstetrics and Gynecology (Stage II)
🔹 Theory in Neurosurgery (Stage I)
🔹 Theory in Cardiovascular Surgery (Stage II)
🔹 Theory in Endoscopy (Stage II)
🔹 Adult Cardiac Surgery: CABG (Stage III)
🔹 Abdominal Surgery (Stage I)
🔹 Abdominal Surgery (Stage II)
🔹 Functional-Dilational Tracheostomy and Grigz Method (Stage IV)

Students from medical universities in Uzbekistan and neighboring countries are participating in the olympiad.

In the first stage, participants demonstrate their knowledge through theoretical test exams. In the second, practical stage, students perform surgical procedures on animals to showcase their practical skills.

This olympiad aims to evaluate students’ theoretical knowledge and practical abilities, promote healthy competition, and facilitate international experience exchange.
