Bukhara State Medical Institute has summarized its key achievements for 2026 under the scientific research project No. AL-11725099148, titled “Practical Implementation of Diagnosis and Treatment of Insect Allergy.”

​Within the project’s framework, a specialized research team was established, international literature was reviewed, and formal approval was obtained from the Ethics Committee of BSMI. To conduct practical field research, memorandums of understanding were signed with district medical associations in Jondor, Qorovulbozor, and Bukhara.

To foster international cooperation, a delegation completed an official scientific mission to China. The trip resulted in strategic agreements regarding technology transfer, procurement of laboratory equipment and consumables, product standardization, and participation in specialized training programs.

​Digital technologies were integrated into clinical research through a Google Forms survey tool, leading to the creation of an epidemiological registry covering 244 pediatric patients across pilot regions. Alongside laboratory equipment upgrades, patent registration procedures for the “AllerGenChip” diagnostic prototype are currently underway with the Intellectual Property Agency of Uzbekistan.

​The project’s scientific outputs have gained prominent visibility. Researchers delivered a keynote report at the VI International Conference of Students and Young Scientists in Bukhara and published three peer-reviewed articles in VAK-indexed journals (“Scientific and Innovative Therapy,” “Bulletin of Fundamental and Clinical Medicine,” and “New Day in Medicine”).
​This initiative represents a major step forward in advancing pediatric allergology, molecular diagnostics, and specialized healthcare delivery in Uzbekistan.
