​In pursuance of the directives of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, practical work is underway to implement the “Safe Student” (“Xavfsiz talaba”) platform across higher education institutions, in cooperation with the General Prosecutor’s Office, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, and other relevant authorities.
​The primary objective of this initiative is to ensure student safety, enhance attendance monitoring, prevent offenses, and foster a safe and healthy academic environment across higher education institutions.

​Bukhara State Medical Institute named after Abu Ali Ibn Sino is actively carrying out systemic measures within this framework. Special focus is given to safeguarding students, maintaining public order on campus, strengthening crime prevention, and raising legal awareness among the student body.
​These measures, guided by the “Safe Territory” (“Xavfsiz hudud”) and “Safe Student” (“Xavfsiz talaba”) principles, aim to protect student rights and interests, provide optimal conditions for peaceful education, and reinforce a secure campus environment.
