CULTURAL AND EDUCATIONAL EVENTS CONTINUE AT BUKHARA STATE MEDICAL INSTITUTE

Bukhara State Medical Institute named after Abu Ali Ibn Sino continues its consistent efforts to organize meaningful leisure time for students, broaden their spiritual horizons, foster creative abilities, and instill a deep respect for national values.
Specifically, on October 21–22, 2026, various events were organized for students of the Faculty of Medicine within the framework of the “Five Important Initiatives” (“Besh muhim tashabbus”).
Among them, a sewing club was organized for students of group 119 of the General Medicine program, focusing on developing their practical skills and creative talents. Meanwhile, students of group 204 showcased the rich culinary traditions and national values of the Uzbek people by preparing national pilaf.

Additionally, a reading session was held for students of group 209, emphasizing the improvement of reading culture and boosting interest in literature among youth.
At the student dormitory, female students from group 362 of the Higher Nursing program participated in a sewing workshop under the same initiative, helping them build professional and practical life skills.
Furthermore, an individual psychological session was conducted under a psychologist’s supervision with a student from the International Faculty, assessing their psychological state through tests and targeted inquiries to provide appropriate support.
Such activities serve to effectively organize student leisure, boost intellectual potential and creativity, and enhance social engagement and respect for national traditions.
