Indeed, the recent riots in Nukus have saddened our entire country. Our multinational people have been friendly with each other since time immemorial. Sometimes eclipsed. History shows that the Karakalpaks are considered the closest friends of our people.
There are 67 students from this part of our country studying at the Bukhara State Medical Institute. Last academic year, 5 students from Tortkol, Moynok and Karaozak districts were accepted, the money under the payment agreement is paid by the institute.
The fact that we recently received a letter of thanks from the leadership of the Dzhokorginsky Council of the Republic of Karakalpakstan was another sign of the eternal friendship between these two peoples. In May, the teaching staff of the Institute and doctors of the regional health department participated in medical examinations in the Khojaly district for a month. They were visiting the generally kind Karakalpak people.
At a time when it is necessary for the president to show solidarity on the way of building a New Karakalpakstan, to support the president of our country, to be more united with our people, to unite, it is necessary not to resort to various provocations. After all, the only goal of all of us is peace and tranquility of our beloved Uzbekistan.
Our esteemed President held a meeting with the asset in Nukus and defused the situation. We must not allow forces that do not see peace in our country to take advantage of this situation. It’s time to find out who is our friend and who is our enemy. The bonds of brotherhood between us and the Karakalpak people did not arise immediately.
It is commendable that our president changed the situation for the better and was able to make the right decision at such a dangerous time.
