On the initiative of the State Tax Administration of the Bukhara region, together with the academic Lyceum under the motto “Five important initiatives” and “Towards a healthy future”, aimed at ensuring youth employment, from May 27 to 31 this year, the XII traditional Republican tournament dedicated to the memory of the Honored Coach of the Republic of Uzbekistan Gulyam Sharipovich Muminov in table tennis among teenagers 17 years old and younger boys
The competition was attended by teenagers under the age of 17 from all regions of the country. Bolta Suleymanovich Gapparov, Chairman of the Society of Sports Veterans, Maksud Makhmudovich Mamadkhanov, head of the State Tax Administration of the Bukhara region, Rakhmat Gulyamovich Muminov’s sons and the head of the Bukhara Regional Table Tennis Federation took part in the tournament. This major sports festival was held jointly with the academic Lyceum of the Bukhara State Medical Institute in a modern sports complex that fully meets the international requirements of the lyceum.
During these 5 days of unforgettable competitions, the administration of the BGMI Academic Lyceum provided four meals a day for young racket masters to strengthen the mood of the participants and their confidence in victory.
The main places of honor in the competition were taken by teenagers from Tashkent, Samarkand, Navoi and Bukhara regions. At the end of the competition, the State Tax Administration of the Bukhara region awarded the winners with valuable gifts, certificates of honor and medals. The athletes were presented with valuable gifts by the head of the State Tax Administration of the Bukhara region Mamadkhanov Maksud Makhmudovich. At the end of the event, the children of Gulyam Sharipovich arranged a charity dinner for all participants.
