“Hour of Enlightenment” Held at the Institute

At Abu Ali ibn Sino Bukhara State Medical Institute, a moral and educational meeting was organized as part of the regular “Hour of Enlightenment.” The event was attended by the institute’s rector, faculty members, and students.

During the meeting, the article “Millat Shavkati” by Qudratilla Rafiqov, Chairman of the Federation Council of Trade Unions of Uzbekistan and a senator, was discussed, and participants shared their thoughts on the ideas presented. Professors from the Department of Social Sciences delivered lectures on the content and essence of the article.

It was emphasized that the article covers topics such as understanding national identity, preserving historical memory and cultural heritage, respect for state symbols, values formed during the years of independence, and educating youth in a spirit of loyalty to the Motherland. Moreover, it highlights that the prestige and potential of the nation are closely linked to an enlightened, knowledgeable, and devoted generation.

In his speech, the rector encouraged students and youth to read the article carefully and reflect deeply on the ideas presented. He also noted that through the article, it is possible to understand the essence of large-scale reforms being implemented in the country in recent years and to perceive the harmony between national values and modern progress.

During the discussion, faculty members and students shared their views on the relevance of the article, the importance of its ideas in the education of young people, and its role in the development of a New Uzbekistan.

The event concluded with an appeal to the youth to cultivate reading habits, pursue knowledge and enlightenment, and develop into competent specialists who will contribute to the prosperity of the nation.
