I ________________________________________ passed(a) documents in the 2022-2023 academic year for a joint educational training program in cooperation with foreign educational institutions, where paid admission quotas have been approved in accordance with the established procedure. I am familiar with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 393 dated June 20, 2017 “On approval of the regulations on the procedure for admission, transfer, reinstatement and suspension of students in higher educational institutions”, which states that a student studying in a joint educational program created on the basis of agreements, signed between foreign universities and universities of Uzbekistan does not have the right to be transferred or restored to study and Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated July 6, 2021 No. 421 “On approval of the regulations on the organization of educational activities based on joint educational programs of higher educational institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan and foreign partner organizations”(Chapter 4, paragraph 28), according to which the transfer, expulsion and reinstatement of students, students studying under joint educational programs are not allowed to transfer students under joint educational programs to other areas (specialties) of the higher educational institution in which they study, or to another state higher educational institution of the Republic of Uzbekistan.Students studying under joint educational programs can transfer their studies to joint educational programs of the higher educational institution in which they study or another higher educational institution of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
