The ongoing partnership between Bukhara State Medical Institute and the University of Health Sciences (Sağlık Bilimleri Üniversitesi) of the Republic of Turkey continues into the new academic year, welcoming 165 first-year students across its joint degree programs.

According to the latest admissions data, enrollment breakdown by specialization includes:
🔹 General Medicine: 80 students
🔹 Dentistry: 48 students
🔹 Advanced Nursing: 37 students

Building an International Educational Bridge.
The collaboration between Bukhara State Medical Institute and Turkey’s University of Health Sciences (Sağlık Bilimleri Üniversitesi) has developed steadily since its launch in 2019. Over this period, the program has enabled thousands of young Uzbeks to receive high-standard medical education. The majority of these graduates now serve across various tiers of Uzbekistan’s national healthcare system, making a tangible contribution to public health.
