At Bukhara State Medical Institute named after Abu Ali Ibn Sina, an international forum titled “Morphology and Surgery” was held, marking a significant event for students and young scientists. This forum provided not only a platform for knowledge and experience exchange but also an opportunity to explore the latest advancements in the field of medicine.

The opening ceremony was attended by representatives from more than 10 higher education institutions in the country, as well as distinguished university teams from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Tajikistan. The international participation enhanced the prestige of the forum, allowing students and young scientists to familiarize themselves with the experiences of different countries.

As part of the event, an international olympiad and scientific-practical seminars were organized to strengthen the practical skills of future medical professionals. The conferences featured discussions on the latest achievements in surgery, modern innovative methods, and scientific research.

During the forum, students and young doctors participated in practical sessions on organ transplantation, including heart, liver, and kidney transplants in pigs and other animals. This hands-on experience allowed young doctors to test and refine essential surgical skills. Additionally, students demonstrated their proficiency in foreign languages, showcasing their potential to work on an international level.

The forum also facilitated closer friendships among students from prestigious universities in neighboring countries. Through experience-sharing sessions, young professionals exchanged new ideas and laid a solid foundation for future collaborations. These meaningful connections will undoubtedly contribute to joint scientific research and the development of regional integration in the medical field.

At the award ceremony concluding the forum, students and young scientists were recognized in 44 categories by the institute’s rector, Shuhrat Teshayev. Winners received certificates and commemorative gifts, which will undoubtedly serve as a source of motivation for their future endeavors.

Such international forums are invaluable in enhancing the knowledge and skills of students and young scientists, providing them with significant opportunities to achieve high results in their respective fields. Moreover, these events contribute to the advancement of scientific research in medicine and the continued improvement of medical professionals’ qualifications. Most importantly, the close friendships and collaborative relationships formed among students will play a crucial role in strengthening friendly ties between nations in the future.
