Minister of Higher and Secondary Special Education Abdukodir Taskulov noted that the number of cases of transfer of students to higher-quality areas of study has increased, corruption elements remain in this process, and said that from this year only 2 categories of students with a letter from the minister will be allowed to transfer.

Now the student is:

• Getting married;
• A civil servant can transfer his training only if his work moves to another place,” the minister said.

Abdukodir Taskulov noted that a letter from the minister is required when transferring training. Students of other categories are not allowed to transfer their studies under any circumstances.
