The “Qalqon” (“Shield”) public group was formed from among active, physically fit, and proactive students selected at the Abu Ali Ibn Sino Bukhara State Medical Institute.

​The primary task of the group is to assist in maintaining public order, ensuring safety across the institute campus and student dormitories, and preventing offenses.
​Members of “Qalqon” promote compliance with internal rules and regulations among students, assisting in the early detection of hazardous situations and notifying relevant designated officials.
​Additionally, the team contributes to ensuring student safety and peace of mind in cooperation with the institute leadership and the crime prevention inspector.
