Nowadays, Bukhara State Medical Institute is a leader in cooperation with international higher education institutions within the Universities of our country. At the same time, the institute is working with memoranda and agreements signed with about 50 international organizations.

Today at the Bukhara State Medical Institute was held a meeting with the rector of the Baltic Federal University named after Immanuel Kant Alexander Fyodorov with the participation of the Minister of health of the Kaliningrad region Alexander Kravchenko and other official guests.

During the meeting, agreements were signed on opening of joint educational programs on the treatment faculty,Dentistry and pharmacy in the direction of bakalavriat. During the negotiations, issues of Organization of various scientific and practical activities, carrying out research work, academic exchange of professors and students were also discussed.

Also during the event, rector of the Baltic Federal University Alexander Aleksandrovich Fyodorov was given a Uzbek chapan as a symbol of Uzbek respect.
