In recent years, at the initiative of the Honorable President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, a number of suggestions on the development of medical education have been put forward and implemented in our country.

 In particular, opening the way for medical universities to cooperate with prestigious universities in the world creates the basis for positive changes in the field. The Bukhara State Medical Institute named after Abu Ali ibn Sina is effectively using these opportunities, and at the same time, it is closely cooperating with more than 50 international medical institutions. Joint educational programs have been established in cooperation with countries such as Italy, Russia, India, China, Turkey, and Poland.

  Today, students of BDTI from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Jordan participated in the “Oath to Medicine” event in the village of Afshona.

 Peshko District Governor V.Kahhorov, Bukhara State Medical Institute Rector Shukhrat Teshaev, professors, teachers and public representatives took part in the swearing-in event.
