Bukhara State University marked an important milestone in the spiritual and academic life of our people — the 95th anniversary of its founding. The celebration gathered prominent scholars, esteemed professors, teachers, and public figures from across the region and the entire country.

The Rector of the Bukhara State Medical Institute named after Abu Ali ibn Sina, Shuhrat Teshayev, also attended the ceremony and warmly congratulated the university community. In his address, he conveyed the best wishes of the institute’s faculty and students, highlighting the university’s immense contribution to the development of science, education, and culture.

During the event, distinguished scholars, educators, professors, and public figures who stood out for their research, invaluable contributions to education, and dedicated service to society were awarded the commemorative badge “95th Anniversary of Bukhara State University.”

It is noteworthy that the fruitful cooperation between the university and medical institutes, mutual exchange of experience, and friendly relations are serving as a foundation for achieving new milestones in the interests of our people. In this regard, Shuhrat Teshayev was also awarded the honorary badge.

This jubilee has been inscribed as a memorable event not only in the history of the university but also in the academic life of Bukhara as a whole.
