The Rector Held a Meeting with Graduating Students

Recently, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, held an open dialogue with the country’s youth at the Koksaroy Residence. The main issues on the agenda included ensuring youth employment, supporting entrepreneurial initiatives, and equipping young people with modern professional and business skills. The proposals and initiatives put forward during the meeting were immediately incorporated into an action plan, and their implementation has already begun in the regions.

In the same spirit, the Rector of the Bukhara State Medical Institute named after Abu Ali ibn Sino, Shuhrat Teshayev, held a meeting with the institute’s graduating students. It is worth noting that in the current academic year, more than 1,000 graduates will complete their studies and enter the labor market as newly qualified medical professionals.

During the dialogue, the Rector first focused on the issue of employment for graduates. The future plans of young specialists, their interest in entrepreneurship, and their initiatives in establishing private medical practice were discussed.

In addition:

— business ideas proposed by the graduates were heard;
— opportunities for launching private medical practices were discussed;
— information was provided about preferential loans that may be offered by commercial banks;
— it was announced that a mechanism for continuous support of young specialists would be developed by the institute.

The meeting was held in an open and friendly atmosphere. Young participants freely expressed their opinions and proposals and had the opportunity to directly discuss practical support issues with the leadership.

Such meetings are a practical reflection of the consistent implementation of the priority tasks set by the Head of State — ensuring youth employment and encouraging their initiatives.

It was also decided to hold such dialogues and meetings on a regular basis and to ensure that the issues raised are implemented in practice.
