Today, the regional selection round of the “Ma’rifat Maydoni” Republican competition took place in our region. The event aimed to increase young people’s interest in literature and widely promote the creative heritage of prominent writers and thinkers. Five teams from higher education institutions in the region participated in this prestigious competition.

The event was opened by the rector of the institute, Sh.J. Teshayev, who wished all participants success. The competition consisted of three stages: “Life of a Writer,” “Quick Questions and Answers,” and “A Theatrical Composition on the Life and Work of Writers.” Each participant demonstrated their knowledge and skills. The jury provided feedback and recommendations on the teams’ performances.

🏆 Based on the final results, the winners are:
🥇 1st place: Bukhara State Medical Institute – “Avicenna” team
🥈 2nd place: Bukhara State Pedagogical Institute – “Irfon” team
🥉 3rd place: Bukhara State University – “Irfon” team

Now, the “Avicenna” team will represent the region in the Republican stage! 🇺🇿 We wish them the best of luck in the next round!
